Critical Factors Influencing Decision to Adopt Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in Hospitals

Abstract: The aim of this research is to explore factors influencing the management decisions to adopt human resource information system (HRIS) in the hospital industry of Bangladesh—an emerging developing country.
