Success Factors of Human Resource Information System Implementation: A Case of Ministry of State-owned Enterprise

Abstract: This study aims to analyze factors influencing the successful implementation of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (MSOE).
