The subject of the study is information ethics as a necessary condition and the driving force of social transformation in the transition to a digital economy. The aim of the work is to find ways to solve this problem by affirming ethical norms and principles in the information space. The article shows the need for theoretical development of ethical foundations in the field of information technology. Some features of human behavior in the information environment with emphasis on the negative consequences of avoiding user responsibility or knowingly criminal activities in the network space have been examined: network piracy, hacking, launching virus programs, involvement in game addiction, collecting all kinds of confidential information without notifying users. The necessity of design work on the implementation of information ethics in a number of areas is shown: theoretical and practical development of ethical principles and standards of behavior in the information space; monitoring compliance with established ethical provisions; reorientation of the labor market to the creation of socially useful information products. There is also the use of the latest psychotechnologies as an example of neuromarketing for effective modeling of human behavior in given conditions; orientation of the education system on the formation of environmental thinking, training and the content of education based on the foundation of information ethics. Besides, there is the need to predict the consequences of robotization, to preserve the enduring value of man and nature; prioritization of living and artificial. The proposed methods for approving the basics of information ethics will prepare the society for the necessary changes and carry out safely and effectively any activity in the information space.

In this work the highly controversial problem of economic security is investigated as one of the essential factors determining the attractiveness of investment objects in a new aspect. At the same time, the issues of the relationship between investment attractiveness and economic security of enterprises, identification of determinants characterizing various barriers and restrictions, challenges and threats that negatively affect the situation with ensuring economic security and, as a consequence, the investment attractiveness of enterprises are considered, which finds its expression in the level of investment risks inappropriate to the interests of investors. Particular attention is paid to the methodological issues of identifying the determinants of economic security as substances of factors characterizing the investment attractiveness of enterprises, as well as evaluating these factors in the form of an unsystematic component of investment risks. The method developed in this study has a practical orientation and allows solving a two-pronged task: diagnosing the attractiveness of the invested object and evaluating investment risks, which is necessary for making a management decision on investing, and, most importantly, in the reverse order, based on the results obtained, developing and implementing specific measures both at the level of the enterprise itself, and at the sectoral, regional and country levels, eliminating all kinds of barriers, restrictions, challenges and threats, affecting the attractiveness of companies for investors. The article is devoted to the identification of problems of Russia as a WTO member, related to its foreign trade activities, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of this membership and their impact on the foreign trade aspects of ensuring economic and economic security of the country and companies. A reflexive feedback mechanism under the influence of the self-reinforcing interaction of biased opinion and a trend created by thinking and reality is considered. The possibility of its action on commodity markets is substantiated. The hierarchical distribution of reflexivity from the level of individual companies to the country level, the level of supranational governments, and the inclusion of political motives in the formation of biased opinions are investigated. This manifests itself in ignoring the commercial interests of individual economic agents, restricting the freedom of foreign trade in contradiction to the main provisions of the WTO and introducing economic sanctions against individual companies, countries and individuals on this basis, the introduction of embargo on exports of certain types of goods and equipment. It is proved on the basis of the institutional analysis of the hydrocarbon market that the WTO system in modern conditions is unable to provide each country with economic security of foreign trade activities, availability of international credits for domestic investments and financing of foreign trade operations. It was shown that the only effective response of Russia is the introduction of counter sanctions, first of all, on perishable products, which allowed developing its own production more intensively, pursuing a policy of import substitution based on the introduction of new technologies and development of domestic innovation.
