The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of meteorological elements on soybean morphological and productive characteristics in five sowing dates. The randomized block design was used in a 5x5 factorial, with the following five sowing dates during the year 2013: the first (10-15), second (10-30), third (11-15), fourth (30-11) and fifth (12)(13)(14)(15) 2013), and the following five soybean cultivars: BMX Alvo RR, BMX Veloz RR, CCGL Tec 5721 IPRO, BMX Tornado RR and CCGL Tec 7849 IPRO, with three repetitions. Total dry biomass, leaf area index, plant height, number of pods per plant, number of grains per plant, 1000-grain weight and yield were assessed. According to analysis of variance, significant difference was found for all variables in the cultivar x sowing date interaction. Soybean cultivars morphological and productive characteristics were influenced by meteorological elements and sowing dates. Leaf area index and total dry biomass had the highest means in 11-15 and 11-30, coinciding with the highest grain yield means, obtained for Veloz and Tornado cultivars, respectively. These results were obtained because these sowing dates had the best conditions, with air temperatures between 13.4 and 34.2 °C, accumulated solar radiation of 3074.009 MJ m -2 , accumulated thermal time of 1959.15 °C days and total rainfall of 732.8 mm.Additional keywords: Glycine max L.; leaf area index; solar radiation; thermal time; yield. ResumoO objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a influência dos elementos meteorológicos sobre as características morfológicas e produtivas da soja em cinco épocas de semeadura. O delineamento utilizado foi o de blocos ao acaso, em esquema fatorial 5x5, com cinco épocas de semeadura: primeira (15-10), segunda (30-10), terceira (15-11), quarta (30-11) e quinta (15-12 de 2013) e cinco cultivares de soja: BMX Alvo RR, BMX Veloz RR, CCGL Tec 5721 IPRO, BMX Tornado RR e CCGL Tec 7849 IPRO, com três repetições. Avaliaram-se a biomassa seca total, o índice de área foliar, a altura de plantas, o número de vagens por planta, o número de grãos por planta, a massa de mil grãos e a produtividade. De acordo com a análise de variância, constatou-se diferença significativa para todas as variáveis analisadas na interação cultivar x época de semeadura. As características morfológicas e produtivas das cultivares de soja são influenciadas pelos elementos meteorológicos e pela época de semeadura. O índice de área foliar e a biomassa seca total apresentam as maiores médias na época de semeadura do dia 15-11 e 30-11, coincidindo com as maiores médias de produtividade de grãos obtidas para as cultivares Veloz e Tornado, respectivamente. Tais resultados foram obtidos devido a esta época de semeadura apresentar as melhores condições, sendo a temperatura do ar entre 13,4 e 34,2°C, a radiação solar incidente acumulada de 3.074,009 MJ m -2 , a soma térmica acumulada de 1.959,15 °C dias e precipitação pluviométrica total de 732,8 mm.Palavras-chave adicionais: Glycine max L.; índice de área foliar; produtividade;...

RESUMO:A cada ano, as empresas de melhoramento criam novas cultivares para atender as demandas dos produtores, que tem diante de si, a necessidade cada vez maior de produzir mais, apesar das dificuldades. O presente trabalho teve por objetivo avaliar a adaptação de diferentes cultivares de soja, às condições edafoclimáticas do Estado de São Paulo. Os parâmetros avaliados na cultura da soja foram: altura de inserção da primeira vagem, altura de plantas, estande final ha -1 , massa de mil grãos e produtividade de grãos. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi em blocos casualizados. Os dados foram submetidos ao teste F e as médias foram comparadas pelo teste de ScottKnott (p<0,05). Constatou-se que as cultivares avaliadas apresentaram massa de mil grãos superior a 150 g e produtividade de grãos superior a 3290 kg ha -1 nos quatro locais avaliados no Estado de São Paulo. The present work had the objective of evaluating the adaptation of different soybean cultivars, to the edaphoclimatic conditions of São Paulo, State, Brazil. The parameters evaluated in the soybean crop were: height of insertion of the first pod, height of plants, final stand ha -1 , mass of a thousand grains and grain yield. The experimental design was in randomized complete block design. The data were submitted to the F test and the means were compared by the Scott-Knott test (p <0.05). It was verified that the evaluated cultivars presented a mass of one thousand grains superior to 150 g and grain yield superior to 3290 kg ha -1 in the four places evaluated in the São Paulo State.

The world economic importance of soybean (Glycine max (L).) crop is consolidated, and tests to verify the best sowing season for yield gain of cultivars are demanded. The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of sowing season on soybean cultivars of different maturity groups, since the determination of the optimum time for planting soybeans and the cultivar most suited to the region under study can increase yield components and consequently productivity. The experiment was conducted in Currais, State of Piauí, Brazil, and involved evaluation of 12 treatments resulting from the interaction between: 1) sowing seasons: 11/22/2014; 11/29/2014; 12/6/2014; 12/13/2014; 12/20/2014 and 12/27/2014 and 2) two cultivars of maturity groups 8.2 and 8.6. The experiment was a randomized complete block design with four replications, in subdivided plots, and the nested effect in the plot was sowing dates. Data were analyzed using ANOVA and Tukey's test (p  0.05). Interaction was significant for number of pods, pod length, dry mass of stem, dry mass of pods and number of grains per plant, but not for productivity and one thousand seed mass. In the agricultural year 2015/2016, the climatic factors worked directly on the components of soybean production, and it is possible to adopt any period of November and December for its planting.
