“…It then was reviewed and commented on by nurse administrators, key nursing staff, and Patient Family Advisory Council members; the protocol was revised prior to implementation and distributed to all nurses at Fox Chase Cancer Center (N = 355). A total of 108 caring activities remained following inter-rater reliability efforts and review of the protocol by stakeholders (Wolf et al, 2014).
