Coworking spaces: Empowerment for entrepreneurship and innovation in the digital and sharing economy

Abstract: Freelancers, entrepreneurs, new ventures, but also incumbent firms increasingly use coworking spaces (CWS). The alignment of work-space and social space can facilitate organizational empowerment supporting individual work satisfaction.
