“…Interestingly, D/G intensity ratio was reduced and G'/G intensity ratio was not degraded much, as the temperature decreased. This is related to the alloy catalyst efficiency at low temperature that dehydrogenation takes place more easily at lower temperatures of 300-500 C. 16 On the other hand, no characteristic peaks were observed at 400 C in the case of Ni catalyst, although D/G intensity ratio increased as the temperature decreased. No appreciable G' band intensity was visible even at 500 C. This demonstrates the efficiency of PdCo alloy catalyst in synthesizing graphene layers at low temperature.…”
