The more competition becomes important, the more companies need to innovate in order to survive. This requires creative, adaptable, strategic intelligence ability. We will focus here on the latter capacity and particularly on knowledge acquisition for anticipating product design changes and recognizing opportunities as well as threats related to possible innovations. To do this, we propose to focus on the search for and the identification of signals that allow us to identify trends and design constants to interpret some of them as opportunities or threats of disruptive innovations in product design. The specificity of our proposition is about a knowledge acquisition system that used a physical card game as a tool for data collection. The data collection is based on common points recognized in images during several games of a card deck that are not always played by the same people. Its drawback is that it requires manual indexing of the collected data and a paper printout of the cards. We have tested the feasibility of using this type of collection with students, which we also discuss in this paper.

Transformational leadership is the leader's ability to communicate and behave in ways that elevate the interests of their followers and stir them to look beyond their self-interest for the benefit of the group. Transformational leaders achieve these results by having four characteristics, i.e., idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. This paper explores the transformational leadership of the UAE founders since 1971, mainly, Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum. The UAE leadership is the main success story of the transformation of the seven Arab Emirates from the sporadic emirates into one country from the last 50 years, the most developed and influencing country among Arab and the middle east countries. Also, the country achieved many initiatives at the global level, including becoming a global business hub. The UAE leaders set an efficient Arab leadership model for the Arab lands to rise to the global level. This leadership model is worth purring and evaluating for leadership values, lessons and being global with human concerns.

The widespread popularity of the internet can be considered both advantageous and detrimental to society, as the age of technological advancement sparks innovative ways in which people receive information. On one hand, the availability of the internet has allowed people to research their own health concerns and symptoms, which enables them to seek treatment faster. On the other hand, this can turn into an obsessive habit by cyberchondriacs who relentlessly scour the internet over any trivial health concern. Furthermore, the widespread popularity of the internet is also responsible for a surge in spreading misinformation, namely about the COVID-19 pandemic, which has led to undermining the credibility of trusted healthcare officials and organizations. This paper aims to not only explore the problems that arise with the widespread availability of information via the internet, but to also explore possible solutions that would benefit society on both an individualized and collective scale. The solutions presented in this paper seek to assist individuals in rendering professional therapy services for Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and to assist the collective population in maintaining responsible internet usage.
