Consequences of Shiftworking on Sleep Duration, Sleepiness, and Sleep Attacks

Abstract: Rotating shift and permanent night work arrangements are known to compromise sleep. This study examined the effects of work schedule on sleep duration, excessive sleepiness, sleep attacks, driving, and domestic/professional accidents.
