Competências na formação de Técnicos de Enfermagem para implementar a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem

Abstract: RESUMOTrata-se de pesquisa qualitativa, explorató-ria e descritiva, com o objetivo geral de conhecer, considerando a perspectiva do téc-nico de enfermagem que atua em hospital universitário, as competências desenvolvidas durante sua formação para implementar a Sistematização da Assistência de Enfermagem (SAE) .
