Comparison of macrofungi communities anti examination of macrofungi-plant interactions in forest stands in North Hungary

Abstract: Parallel phyto- and mycocoenological investigations have been made since 2001 in all characteristic forest types in Borzsony Mts., North Hungary. The main aim of this work was the examination of similarities between plant and fungal communities, as well as the plant—fungi connections within certain habitats. Among the total 381 macrofungi species documented, 330 occurred in the investigated 7 forest stands. Wood-inhabiting fungal communities of coniferous stands can be separated unambiguously from those of dec… Show more

“…A védelmi törekvések érdekében a nemzetközi szakirodalom (Packham et al 2002, Brown et al 2006, Gabel et al 2007) példáját követve, hazai vonatkozásban is folyamatosan növekszik az edényes flóraelemek és a makrogombák közötti specifikus kapcsolatok feltárásával foglalkozó tanulmányok száma (Benedek et al 2005a, Benedek et al 2005b, Pál-Fám et al 2007, hiszen az egyes élőlénycsoportok diverzitásának tükrében következtetni lehet az erdők természetességére (Jonsson et al 2005), ezen belül is a felmért populációk denzitása vagy egyes taxonok hiánya is informatív jelzőként szolgálhat az élőhelyek természetességének megállapításában (Landers et al 1988).…”
