Fallen leaves of Ficus altissima, F. virens, F. benjamina, F. fistulosa and F. semicordata, were collected in Chiang Mai Province in northern Thailand and examined for fungi. Eighty taxa were identified, comprising 56 anamorphic taxa, 23 ascomycetes and 1 basidiomycete. Common fungal species occurring on five host species with high frequency of occurrence were Beltraniella nilgirica, Lasiodiplodia theobromae, Ophioceras leptosporum, Periconia byssoides and Septonema harknessi. Colletotrichum and Stachybotrys were also common genera. The leaves of different Ficus species supported diverse fungal taxa, and the fungal assemblages on the different hosts showed varying overlap. The fungal diversity of saprobes at the host species level is discussed.

O presente trabalho teve como objetivo avaliar a riqueza, a frequência de ocorrência, a constância e a similaridade de fungos conidiais presentes no folhedo de Inga thibaudiana, Myrcia splendens e Pera glabrata, contribuindo para o conhecimento sobre microfungos decompositores em uma unidade de conservação da Floresta Atlântica, situada no município de Una, Estado da Bahia. Amostras de folhedo das três espécies de plantas foram coletadas na Reserva Biológica de Una (REBIO-Una) em setembro/2011, abril e agosto/2012 e janeiro/2013, mantidas em câmaras úmidas e os táxons identificados por caracteres morfológicos. Cinquenta e cinco táxons foram encontrados sobre o folhedo das espécies. Para a frequência de ocorrência predominou os táxons esporádicos. Quanto à constância nas plantas, M. splendens apresentou o maior número de táxons constantes (44,7%), seguida por P. glabrata (23,1%) e I. thibaudiana (13%). Em P. glabrata, 53,8% dos táxons apresentaram categoria acidental, portanto, não estavam colonizando o folhedo constantemente. O índice de similaridade de fungos conidiais entre o folhedo das três espécies foi 38%, demonstrando uma considerável diferença entre a composição da micota do folhedo das três espécies, concomitantemente. O folhedo de I. thibaudiana, M. splendens e P. glabrata apresenta significativa diversidade de fungos conidiais.Palavras-chave: microfungos decompositores, Fabaceae, Myrtaceae, Peraceae. The present work aimed to evaluate the richness, frequency of occurrence, constancy and similarity of conidial fungi present in the leaf litter of Inga thibaudiana, Myrcia splendens and Pera glabrata, contributing to the knowledge about decomposer microfungi in a conservation unit of the Atlantic Forest, located in the municipality of Una, Bahia State. Leaf litter samples of the three plants species were collected in the Reserva Biológica de Una (REBIO-Una) in September/2011, April and August/2012 and January/2013, maintained in moist chambers and the taxa identified by morphology characters. Fifty-five taxa were found on the leaf litter of the species. For the frequency of occurrence predominated the sporadic taxa. Regarding to constancy in the plants, M. splendens showed the greater number of constant taxa (44.7%), followed by P. glabrata (23.1%) and I. thibaudiana (13%). In P. glabrata, 53.8% of the taxa showed accidental category, thus, not colonizing the leaf litter constantly. The similarity index of conidial fungi between the leaf litter of three species was 38%, demonstrating a considerable difference between the composition of the mycota of the three species leaf litter, concomitantly. The leaf litter of I. thibaudiana, M. splendens and P. glabrata presents significant diversity of conidial fungi.

Um inventário de fungos conidiais foi realizado em seis áreas de extrema importância biológica no bioma Caatinga. Foram coletadas 74 espécies, sendo sete novos registros para o Brasil. Heliocephala zimbabweensis Decock, V. Robert & Masuka é reportada pela segunda vez para a ciência, Sporidesmium verrucisporum M.B. Ellis é um novo registro para o continente americano, Dicyma vesiculifera Piroz., Fusariella concinna (Syd.) S. Hughes, F. obstipa (Pollack) S. Hughes, Phaeostalagmus tenuissimus (Corda) W. Gams e Sporidesmiella claviformis P.M. Kirk são novos registros para a América do Sul. Falcocladium sphaeropedunculatum Crous & Alfenas, Myrmecridium schulzeri var. schulzeri (Sacc.) Arzanlou, W. Gams & Crous, Pseudodictyosporium wauense Matsush., Repetophragma inflatum (Berk. & Ravenel) W.P. Wu são novos registros para o semi-árido brasileiro. Seis espécies foram reconhecidas como novos taxa, Brachysporiellina fecunda S.M. Leão, A.C. Cruz, R.F. Castañeda & Gusmão, Diplococcium verruculosum A.C. Cruz, Gusmão & R.F. Castañeda, Lobatopedis longistriatum A.C. Cruz, Gusmão, S.M. Leão-Ferreira & R.F. Castañeda, Subramaniomyces pulcher A.C. Cruz, Gusmão & R.F. Castañeda e foram publicadas separadamente. Os novos registros são descritos, ilustrados e comentados. Uma lista incluindo as demais espécies encontradas é apresentada.
