The object of research is the process that forms strategies and methods for effective commercialization of intellectual products at industrial enterprises. The problems of introducing intellectual property objects into the economic circulation in the field of industrial production have been analyzed. The most important of them are economic and managerial problems, which consist in the lack of necessary funding and are determined by the difficulty of assessing the market competitiveness of an intellectual product. Special attention was paid to market, technical-technological, and legal problems, the presence of which inhibits the development of the technological market and significantly affects the efficiency of intellectual and innovative activities. The presence of these problems predetermined the main goal of the study – to devise methods and strategies for the commercialization of intellectual property objects. Three basic strategies for the commercialization of intellectual products have been studied: the strategy of promoting an intellectual product, the strategy of diffusion of innovations, and the strategy of accumulating maximum income. Based on them, an integrated strategy for the commercialization of intelligent products for enterprises of the machine-building industry, which is oriented towards achieving the goals of maximizing the economic and social effect of the production of an intelligent product, was formed and substantiated. The main component of an integrated strategy is an organizational mechanism that provides investment support for innovative activities and scientific and consulting support for an intellectual product. The research results could be used to form programs of intellectual and innovative activity of industrial enterprises and would serve as a basis for further scientific research on these issues

Accelerating the development of new energy infrastructure in the EU based on renewable energy sources is necessary for the targeted reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and increase in energy production from renewable sources. This article reviews current renewable energy development issues and research on energy innovations within the European energy policy. The effectiveness of energy generation from renewable resources and adaptation of energy innovations may be limited to the challenges of ensuring the flexibility of the pan-European energy system, as the development of energy storage systems and technologies to respond to demand is much slower than the development of renewable energy. Therefore, the study's primary purpose was to explain by mathematical modelling the determinism of variation in electricity production in the EU27 due to predictors of net electricity generation from certain types of renewable resources for 2017-2020. To identify the effects of the deployment of renewable energy in the EU27, a regression model of Markov switching for three regimes was chosen, consisting of selected predictors of clean energy generation from renewable sources (hydro, geothermal, wind, and solar). The statsmodels v0.13.2 toolkit in Python 3.10.5 was used to conduct this study. The variation between total electricity production and net electricity generation in the EU27 is not constant and depends on the mode of electricity production. That is, there is an asymmetry in the relationship between these parameters. The results also show that when the electricity generation rate in the EU27 is moderate, the net wind energy generation rate is not significant. Furthermore, the negative link between clean solar energy generation and electricity production in the EU is significant for all three regimes.

Research Background and Content. Intellectual property and high-quality economic development are mutually reinforcing and restrictive, China is a large but not a strong intellectual property country, and China’s high-quality economic development still has problems of inadequacy and imbalance. Based on the above research background, this paper mainly studies the relationship between the intellectual property system and the high-quality economic development system from the perspective of coupled and coordinated development. Research Objective. The objective is to measure the coupling and coordination degree between the intellectual property development system and the high-quality economic development system and to explore the spatiotemporal characteristics and differences in the coupling and coordination between the two systems. Research Method. Based on the data of 30 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) from 2013 to 2020, the methods used in this paper to analyse include entropy weight method, grey correlation analysis, coupling coordination degree model, and Dagum Gini coefficient. Research Results. The development of economic openness and innovation are more closely related to the development of intellectual property, and the protection, utilization, and creation of intellectual property are more closely related to high-quality economic development; the coupling coordination degree of the two systems shows the characteristics such as “high in the east and low in the west” and “coastal area is better than inland,” and the development of intellectual property lags behind the high-quality economic development; the coupling and coordination degree of the two systems shows a slight growth trend in most provinces, but the overall differences shows an expanding trend, and differences between regions are the main sources of overall regional differences. Research Innovation. Research innovation is to study the two-way relationship between intellectual property and high-quality economic development and to measure the coupling and coordination degree between the development system of intellectual property and the high-quality economic development system, and its spatiotemporal characteristics, regional differences, and sources of differences are analyzed. Research Value. Research value is to provide decision reference for the two-way empowerment of intellectual property and high-quality economic development and regional coordinated development.
