Combination machine for soil preparation and sowing of gourds

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to substantiate the method and design scheme of a combined machine for preparing the soil and sowing melons. The authors propose a new method of soil preparation and sowing, as well as a machine for its implementation. The basic principles and methods of classical mechanics, mathematical analysis, and statistics were used in this study. The method of preparing the soil and planting gourds provides a combination of the following technological processes: the turnover of the layers of … Show more

“…The construction of the slitter should be such that the slot formed by it retains its shape during the period of time during which the manure will be pushed into it. Based on this condition, considering the soil in motion relative to the working body, the length of soil-holding part of the crevasse is justified [7][8][9][10][11]. After passage of the soil-holding part (soil-holding plate and field board) of the slitter, the soil should be self-draining into the slit as much as possible (Fig.…”

“…Under initial conditions, when t=0, the velocityV x = dx dt = V a V y = dy dt = 0 and the path X=0 and Y=0, substituting these values into equations ( 6) and (7), we obtain the values of the integration constants: By substituting the values of these constants into formula (7), we finally obtain the trajectory of the soil fall in a given parametric form (parameter t is time):…”
