“…11 Our case showed non specific symptoms which is consistent with various studies that showed the symptoms of colon cancer in children are non-specific and include chronic persistent abdominal pain, vomiting, constipation/diarrhea, weight loss, occult blood in the stool with anemia, changes in bowel habits, tenesmus, and a palpable abdominal mass. 10,[12][13][14] Patients may present with acute intestinal obstruction as seen in our case.
