Color Centers in Ca₄GdO(BO₃)₃Single Crystals Irradiated by Gamma Quanta

Abstract: The present work is devoted to investigation of optical absorption in pure Ca4GdO(BO3)3 single crystals in the spectral range 0.21.1 µm induced under inuence of the gamma quanta irradiation with absorbed dose 2 × 10 3 Gy. The eect of heating in air on the absorption spectrum of irradiated sample is also studied.
