Collaborative Supply Chain Management: The Hybrid Knowledge-Based Development Approach of Suppliers-Customers Perspective

Abstract: Using a hybrid methodology (Knowledge Based, GAP analysis and AHP approach), the Knowledge-Based CSCM (KBCSCM) system was developed to assist in planning and designing a Collaborative Supply Chain Management (CSCM).
