Abstract: Yan Dong is an assistant professor of supply chain management at the Darla Moore School of Business, university of South Carolina. He also taught at the Robert H. Smith School of Business, university of Maryland, and the Carlson School of Management, university of Minnesota. He was a supply chain management consultant for IBM global Services.
