Similar aspects were pointed out in other studies, highlighting the importance of updating vaccine schedules in which a lack of information was the main reason for non-vaccination (24) , delays in vaccinating children with chronic diseases related to a concurrent acute event or lack of information from parents (20) , and some reasons for refusal were related to health system problems, fears of adverse reactions, concerns related to chronic diseases and the immune system (25) .
