Clinical and Laboratory Characteristics of Patients with Food Allergy: Single Center Experience

Abstract: A ny reaction that occurs after the intake of food is an adverse food reaction and an adverse food reaction mediated by the immune system is defined as food allergy. [1,2] Food allergy is most commonly seen with intake of milk, egg, wheat, soy, peanuts, nuts, fish and shellfish.
