Chemical Synthesis of a Heparan Sulfate Glycopeptide: Syndecan‐1

Abstract: Erster im Ziel: Entscheidend bei der Synthese der hochkomplexen Titelverbindung (siehe Struktur) waren die verwendeten Schutzgruppen sowie die Sequenz für die Bildung der Glycosyl‐Verknüpfungen und die Schutzgruppenabspaltung. Diese erste Synthese eines Heparansulfat‐Glycopeptids öffnet einen Zugang für andere Mitglieder dieser Molekülklasse.
