Against the background of an increase in allergic diseases in humans, the issue of safety and bioavailability of meat products is very relevant today. The diversity of the biochemical composition of rabbit meat and the high percentage of its nutrients' digestibility by the human body determines the value of rabbit meat. In this regard, the study of the issues of increasing the rabbits' productivity is relevant. The aim of the work was to study the effect of the Bio-Mos probiotic on the productivity of Californian rabbits.The study was conducted on the basis of the FSBEI HE SAU of the Northern Trans-Urals and on the basis of the rabbit breeding complex of CJSC APPK "Roshchinsky" of the Tyumen region. The object was male rabbits at the age of 4 months. 2 groups were formed: control (regular diet), experimental (regular diet + Bio-Mos probiotic at a dose of 2 g per kg of granulated feed). Further, the stomach contents of rabbits were evaluated; biochemical analysis of muscle tissue samples, slaughter yield, organoleptic and microbiological indicators of meat were carried out. The studies revealed a positive effect on the digestibility of nutrients (fiber, copper, and zinc), as well as on the slaughter yield (an increase of 2.5%), an increase in the amount of protein (18.30± 0.19g/100g), fat (8.5±0.64g/100g) and the energy value of meat (647.90±6.59kJ/100 g). All this indicates an increase in productivity against the background of introducing Bio-Mos into the diet due to stabilization of the digestive system.

Influence of Termovet and Prodactive Acid SE preparations on blood parameters of broiler chickens

The studies' results of blood and biochemical parameters of its serum in broiler chickens exposed to high ambient temperatures are presented. Heat stress causes physiological changes in the poultry body, which negatively affects its health, feed intake and digestibility, productivity and product quality. To alleviate the poultry condition, a water-soluble powder of the Termovet preparation of acetylsalicylic acid (750 mg/1 g) was used for oral administration. As well as Prodactive Acid SE - a mixture of organic acids. The chicks' growing period was 34 days. The main period of the experiment began when the poultry reached an average live weight of 1680 g at the age of 4 weeks. Upon reaching an average live weight of 2030 g within 6 days before withdrawal from the experiment, the room was heated to 35 °C from 8 am to 6 pm. At this time, Termovet preparation was poured into the drinkers in the following doses: experimental group I - 100 mg/kg of live weight, experimental group II - 150 mg/kg. Both experimental groups were given Prodactive Acid SE last thing at night in a dose that provided water pH of 4. Research results have shown that the use of these preparations had a positive effect on the hematological and biochemical parameters of chickens when exposed to high temperatures.

Mass fraction of fat, protein, and their ratio in Simmental breed cows’ milk

An important role in ensuring the taste and nutritional properties of milk belongs to its chemical composition, particularly the content of fat, protein, vitamins, and minerals. Numerous studies have confirmed the hypothesis of a close relationship between the proportion of milk fat and milk protein, which ideal ration is 1.1: 1.0 - 1.5: 1.0. It is this ratio that not only ensures the harmonious taste of the product but is also an indicator of a complete balanced feeding of animals. The studies were carried out in January - March 2021 at the breeding plant of the Simmental breed in the Tyumen region. The chemical composition of milk was determined in the laboratory for selection control of milk quality of the FSBEI of Higher Education “SAU of the Northern Trans-Urals”. The ratio between the mass fraction of fat and mass fraction of protein on average for the first three months of 2021 can be considered stable. In the milk of 20.0 - 27.8% of cows, there was a shift in equilibrium towards a decrease in butterfat content between the mass fraction of fat and mass fraction of protein, in turn, an increase in butterfat content relative to protein was noted in milk of 2.1 - 3.0% of cows. Equilibrium shift between butterfat and protein over 1.5: 1.0 suggests the risk of ketosis in the herd. In this regard, we recommend carrying out additional diagnostics on the content of ketone bodies in the blood and urine of cows during the milking period to confirm the presumptive diagnosis.
