Abstract:This study develops and uses a scale to identify the innovativeness and positive attitudes of entrepreneurs towards entrepreneurship. The reliability of the scale is found to be high, and based on random sample of 78 entrepreneurs the most and the least innovative characteristics they have and the most and the least positive attitudes they have towards entrepreneurship are revealed. An increasing of the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is required to support economic growth. Therefore, universities in Indonesia have concerned with their important roles in creating entrepreneur trough several ways, for example, they design the entrepreneurship as a compulsory subject in the curriculum. The student's entrepreneurial attitude is an important factor in creating a good entrepreneur. This study examines the entrepreneurial attitude of higher education students based on their demographic characteristics, such as ethnicity, gender, education, faculty and the family business experience. This study is a survey by using the questionnaire. The respondent of this research consists of 100 students who have passed the entrepreneurship subject from Universitas Negeri Padang. The results show that the entrepreneurial attitude has similar mean value for gender, education, faculty and the family business experience factor. Moreover, we found that the ethnicity and faculty have a slightly different mean value. However, based on the Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), only faculty's factor that has a significantly difference of the entrepreneurial attitude in ten percent level of significance. Finally, some limitations and further research have been discussed.

This study aims to examine the influence between: (1). Personality on entrepreneurship behavior, (2). Entrepreneurship learning on entrepreneurship behavior, (3). Attitudes to entrepreneurship behavior, and (4.) Simultaneous influence between personality, entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurial attitude toward entrepreneurship behavior. The population in this study is all students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya who have taken entrepreneurship courses, and the sample is all students who have entrepreneurship. The total sample is 50 students. Data collection was conducted in April 2018. From the research result, it was found that there was influence of personality, entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurship attitude toward entrepreneurship behavior of student of Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Surabaya-Indonesia.

En este artículo se prueba que la postura emprendedora de las pymes<br />influye positivamente sobre el desempeño exportador. Se utiliza la base<br />de datos del Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) del 2011 para una<br />muestra de 320 pymes exportadoras. Por medio de un modelo de ecuaciones<br />estructurales se comprueba un efecto positivo de las características<br />del emprendedor, características internas y externas y acceso a recursos<br />gubernamentales sobre la postura emprendedora. Con estos resultados<br />las pymes pueden reconocer sus debilidades y fortalezas sobre los recursos<br />internos y su entorno, y poder tomar medidas para mejorar su<br />desempeño exportador.
