Características, freqüência e fatores presentes na ocorrência de lesão de mamilos em nutrizes

Abstract: RESUMONossos objetivos foram: verificar a ocorrência de lesão de mamilos, segundo características do recém-nascido e da puérpera; caracterizar o padrão de sucção dos recém-nascidos, cujas mães apresentaram lesão. A amostra consistiu em 1020 puérperas e seus filhos, internados em Alojamento Conjunto e destes, 84 foram acompanhadas pela pesquisadora.
