Education will succeed if the teacher's performance is good. The principal is the key to the success of educational success. To support the performance of teachers, the entrepreneurship behavior of the principal is needed. This article describes the results of research aimed at 1) describe the entrepreneurship behavior of elementary school principals to improve teacher performance; (2) show the amount of contribution the Principal entrepreneurship behavior towards the teacher's performance; and (3) shows other factors that affect teacher performance. This research uses a combined approach (mixed methods).. This research uses a mixed approach. All 30 elementary school teachers were used as respondents and research subjects. Meanwhile, the sample as respondents filling out the questionnaire was fifth grade elementary school students totaling 135 children. Data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires, and document studies. The results of the study show that the application of principals' entrepreneurial behavior to improve teacher performance through work steps: creative, innovative, hard working, good at reading opportunities, and daring to take risks. Principal entrepreneurship leadership behavior influences teacher performance. The contribution of principals' entrepreneurial behavior has an effect on improving teacher performance by 38.8%, while 61.2% is influenced by other factors such as: teacher conditions, salary, transportation, attendance, harmony, school culture, and school environment.

Islam is a religion that guides people in every aspect of life. This involves guiding Muslims to do business in a manner that is blessed (barakah). Thereafter, Muslim entrepreneurs would be able to become a role model to the non-Muslims not only on the aspects of business dealing, but also principles that lead to business success. However, despite guiding Muslims on how to operate business the Islamic way, not many Muslims turned out to be successful as they should be. Were they not practicing enough Islam that resulted in poor business performance? For the purpose of analysis, 110 data were obtained from an entrepreneurship program held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia The aim was to investigate the impact of religiousness and personal values on business performance. Multiple regression analysis was conducted to fulfill the objectives of the study. The analysis generated an unexpected outcome. Religiousness was inversely related to business performance. Intrinsic and extrinsic values were not significantly related to business performance; hence did not support the findings of previous studies. Justification for the unexpected results and recommendation for future research were also discussed in the paper.

<span lang="EN-US">This study aims to develop a curriculum model of entrepreneurship curriculum based on Science, Technology, Art, Engineering, Mathematics, and Society (STEAMS) by empowering local potential in Kebumen Elementary School and its application to grow the entrepreneurial spirit of students in Kebumen Elementary School. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research. The development model follows the Four-D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The subjects in this study consisted of 8 elementary schools in Kebumen. The instruments used were test sheets, observation sheets, interview sheets, and questionnaire sheets. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative qualitative analysis. The results showed that: 1) The development of an entrepreneurial curriculum model based on STEAMS by empowering local potentials to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of elementary school students was successfully implemented; 2) How to foster students' entrepreneurial spirit by compiling syllabus, lesson plans, student worksheets, teaching materials, media, learning resources, and facilities and infrastructure in an integrated manner in product-based learning, extracurricular activities, and habituation; 3) STEAMS-based entrepreneurship learning can foster the entrepreneurial spirit of elementary school students. It recommends practitioners, researchers and stakeholders to empower entrepreneurship with STEAMS in elementary school.</span>
