“…The AAS of articles about oral cancer was not significantly correlated with the impact factor or the quartile of the publishing journal; this is in agreement with similar studies about online attention to research in different disciplines including dentistry, nursing, and radiology (Dardas et al, ; Delli et al, ; Rosenkrantz, Ayoola, Singh, & Duszak, ).
