Bestimmungsgründe der Parteienvielfalt in den deutschen Bundesländern

Abstract: Welche Faktoren entscheiden über das Ausmaß der legislativen Parteienfragmentierung in den deutschen Bundesländern? Während die Vertreter des institutionellen Ansatzes auf die Bedeutung der Ausgestaltung des Wahlrechts verweisen, werden in der soziologischen Theorie der Grad der gesellschaftlichen Heterogenität und die daraus entstehenden Konfliktlinien als bestimmend angesehen.
