Allerdings hat er auch festgestellt, dai3 Aufheller enthaltende Verbandsmulle sich bei einmaliger Exposition im Dauerverband fiir die iiberlebenden Tiere sogar als fordernd fur die Wundheilung erweisen konnen.Unabhangig von der Bewertung dieser Resultate, die nach den Beobachtungen unseres Instituts nicht zu erwarten waren, sind wir mit Baron vollig einig in den] Grundsatz, daf3 die optische Aufhellung vun Geweben, die mit Wunden in unmittelbare Beruhrung kommen, abzulehnen ist. Aus solchen Textilien sind nicht nur die optischen Aufheller, sondern auch alle anderen Stoffe, die nicht der eigentlichen Zweckerfiillung dienen, wegzulassen. Andererseits vermogen wir nicht zu beurteilen, inwieweit mit Wunden direkt in Verbindung kommender Mull gewaschen und dem gleichen Verwendungszweck wiederholt zugefiihrt wird. Zu unterscheiden hiervon sind gewohnliche Verbandsmaterialien. Zu dieser Moglichkeit haben auch Sclzneider und Mirzu Stellung genommen in dem Sinn, daf3 Wundtextilien zum Grofiteil nur einmal verwendet werden, wahrend Binden, die mit der Wunde selbst nicht in Beriihrung kommen, meist haufiger gewaschen werden.Die ausfiihrliche Behandlung der physiologischen Eigenschaften soll die Oberzeugung vermitteln, daI3 wir auch solche Probleme sehr ernst nehmen. Sie soll gleichaeitig die Versicherung geben, dai3 jede neue Blankophor-Type, die wir auch in Zukunft auf den Markt bringen, ebenso sorgfaltig gepriift wird.
