Beiträge zur Galvanisierung von Polymeren, 1. Einfluß der chemischen Vorbehandlung auf Polymere aus Styrol und Butadien

Abstract: ZUSAMMENFASSUNG:Die klassischen Vorbeizen zur galvanischen Metallisierung von Polymeren aus Chromtrioxid, Schwefelsaure und PhosphorsPure wurden am Beispiel von StyrolButadien-Copolymeren durch Ozon ersetzt. Die Haftfestigkeit der galvanischen Metallschicht bei einem Butadiengehalt von 73% betrug ca. 12 N/25 mm. Der Oberflachenwiderstand der ozonisierten Copolymeren war > 2 . 10Is 62.
