“…45,51 Um dos trabalhos 26 demonstrou a determinação simultânea de Cu 2+ , Pb 2+ , Cd 2+ e Zn 2+ em extratos de sedimentos de rios. Os ânions estudados foram fosfato e silicato, 27 sulfeto, 31 nitrato, 34,47 nitrito 34 e cloreto.…”

“…In some cases, when gaseous analytes were involved, the separation was obtained using a hydrophobic membrane [69,146]. In other cases, the separation involved an extraction, either liquid-liquid [41,54,73] or solid-liquid [31,33,81,93,118,152]. These solid-liquid extractions used resins and the analyte was retained, even after the colorimetric reaction [31].…”

“…This is quite feasible using sequential injection, lab-on-valve approach (SI-LOV) [16,17]. The association of SIA with SPS leads us to the concept of bead injection (BI), based on the introduction and trapping of the functionalized beads in the flow conduit [18]. Beads are used as a solid surface to extract the analyte or to accommodate a chemical reaction.…”

“…In this way the interference of the colour of the sample can be also reduced. The main difficulty of this approach is to obtain a solid phase that can be applied to the separation, concentration and determination of the chemical species of interest [18].…”
