Тревожно-фобические расстройства (ТФР) -группа расстройств, при которых тревога вызывается исключи-тельно или преимущественно определенными ситуация-ми или объектами (внешними по отношению к субъекту), которые в настоящее время не опасны. В результате эти ситуации обычно избегаются или переносятся с чувством страха. Р. Мэй [1] приводит следующее определение: тре-вога есть опасение в ситуации, когда под угрозой оказыва-ется ценность, которая, по ощущению человека, жизнен-но важна для существования его личности.Наиболее частым вариантом ТФР является агорафо-бия (F40.0). Термин «агорафобия» употребляется здесь в более широком смысле, чем при его изначальном введе-нии. Теперь он включает страхи не только открытых про-странств, но также близких к ним ситуаций, таких как на-личие толпы и невозможность сразу же вернуться в безо-пасное место (обычно домой). Таким образом, термин включает целую совокупность взаимосвязанных и обычно частично совпадающих фобий, охватывающих страхи вы-ходить из дома: входить в магазины, толпу или обществен- Резюме Цель исследования. Изучение нарушений в когнитивной и эмоциональной сфере у пациентов с тревожно-фобическими расстройствами (ТФР) и проведение сравнительного анализа клинической картины заболевания при острой (длительность заболевания менее 1 года) и затяжной (длительность заболевания от 1 до 5 лет) форме. В рамках данного исследования проведена оценка эффективности применения препарата ноофен в лечении этой патологии. Материалы и методы. Обследовали 62 пациента в возрасте от 18 до 50 лет с ТФР. Проводили сбор клинического анамнеза, неврологическое обследование, оценку вегетативных нарушений с помощью «Вопросника для выявления признаков вегетативных нарушений», оценку тревоги по шкале Гамильтона (HARS); для оценки нарушений памяти применяли методику А.Р. Лурия, степень нарушения внимания оценивали при помощи теста непрерывной деятельности TOVA (the Test of Variables of Attention), проводили диагностику эмоционального интеллекта с помощью методики MSCEIT (the MayerSalovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test). Для лечения пациентов применяли препарат ноофен в дозе 1000 мг/сут. Результаты. Показано, что затяжные ТФР характеризуются увеличением выраженности психосоматической симптоматики, более выраженными нарушениями внимания, памяти и эмоционального интеллекта. Данные клинических и психологических исследований, выполненных после курса лечения, свидетельствовали об улучшении в 73,3% случаев. Заключение. Результаты исследования позволяют сделать вывод о высокой эффективности препарата ноофен в лечении больных с затяжными ТФР. Inteligencia emocional y salud en el envejecimiento:beneficios del programa PECI-PM * Resumen. El entrenamiento de la inteligencia emocional en personas mayores, ha demostrado su efectividad en la mejora de la calidad de vida. El objetivo es analizar los beneficios en salud, de un programa de estimulación cognitiva e inteligencia emocional para personas mayores (PECI-PM). La muestra estuvo formada por 28 alumnos de la Universidad de Mayores de Almería, que completaron la primera fase del PECI-PM. Para la evaluación (pre-post) de la salud, se aplicó la versión española del SF-36. Los resultados mostraron puntuaciones significativamente más elevadas, tras la intervención, en las dimensiones de salud: Función Social, Dolor Corporal, Vitalidad y Función Social. La primera implementación del PECI-PM, revela efectos positivos del entrenamiento emocional sobre la percepción de la salud, en personas mayores. Palabras clave. The aim is to analyze the health benefits of a program of cognitive stimulation and emotional intelligence for older people (PECI-PM). The sample consisted of 28 students of the University Senior Almeria, who completed the first phase of PECI-PM. For the (pre-post) assessment of health, the Spanish version of the SF-36 was applied. The results showed significantly higher scores after the intervention, the dimensions of health: social function, bodily pain, vitality and social function. The first implementation of the PECI-PM reveals positive effects of emotional training on perceived health in the elderly.

A Inteligência Emocional (IE) é um dos componentes mais importantes para o ajustamento psicológico das crianças. Há evidência de que as crianças com perturbações de ansiedade apresentam défices na IE, pelo que se pretende desenvolver um programa de intervenção de cariz remediativo para a promoção da IE junto de crianças com ansiedade patológica. Espera-se que este programa possa contribuir para o delineamento de intervenções mais adequadas e direcionadas às necessidades destas crianças, permitindo reduzir os custos associados às intervenções na área da saúde e da educação e que possa auxiliar os profissionais a intervir na área da saúde mental infanto-juvenil. AbstractEmotional intelligence (EI) is one of the most important components for the psychological adjustment of children. There is evidence that children with anxiety disorders present deficits in EI, so we want to develop a intervention program of healing nature for the promotion of EI with children with pathological anxiety. It is expected that this program will contribute to the design of more appropriate interventions and targeted to the needs of these children, reducing the costs associated with the interventions in health and education and that may assist professionals to intervene in the child and youth mental health field. A primeira categoria (percepção, avaliação e expressão emocional), respeita à precisão com que os sujeitos são capazes de identificar emoções (Mayer & Salovey, 1997). A segunda categoria está relacionada com a capacidade das emoções ajudarem os sujeitos a pensar. Consideram-se os eventos emocionais facilitadores do pensamento, isto é, a emoção é um sistema que permite ao sujeito sinalizar mudanças importantes, que tanto podem ocorrer na pessoa, como no ambiente envolvente.Para além disto, é possível antecipar emoções para facilitar a tomada de decisão ou auxiliar no processo de planeamento. A terceira categoria de habilidades (compreensão e análise de emoções) implica compreender e analisar emoções, bem como antecipar os trajectos prováveis no tempo e compreender os seus resultados. A criança ao reconhecer emoções, irá rotulá-las e tentar perceber que relações existem entre elas. Para além do reconhecimento de semelhanças e diferenças entre emoções, também surgem emoções contraditórias e combinações de emoções. Por fim, a quarta categoría, a regulação emocional, diz respeito à capacidade de tolerar e gerir sentimentos.
