Associação entre carência social e causas de morte entre idosos residentes no Município de Recife, Pernambuco, Brasil

Abstract: Este trabalho objetivou analisar a associação entre carência social e causas de morte da população idosa residente na cidade do Recife, Pernambuco, Brasil, no ano 2000. Realizou-se um estudo ecológico, cuja unidade de análise foi composta por 94 bairros e cinco estratos de carência social.
