As Relações Simbólicas E a Motivação No Trabalho Voluntário

Abstract: RESUMO O objetivo deste artigo é compreender as relações simbólicas que envolvem a motivação no trabalho voluntário. A parte empírica do artigo tem como locus a Associação Voluntárias da Apae (Avapae) de Venda Nova do Imigrante.
