As políticas públicas educacionais em tempos de educação 3.0

Abstract

O objetivo do presente artigo consiste em suscitar o debate sobre os limites e as possibilidades das políticas públicas educacionais em tempos de educação 3.0. A metodologia tem abordagem qualitativa e buscou seus dados em uma revisão da literatura pertinente à temática. O referencial teórico fundamenta-se, principalmente, em autores como Moran (2014), Lévy (1999), Sant’Ana, Suanno e Sabota (2017), Fava (2014), entre outros. Os resultados sinalizam que: a) a educação 3.0 transcende a questão da utilização das tecnologias como recurso pedagógico, uma vez que supõe uma mudança profunda na educação, a qual deve considerar a interdisciplinaridade e a complexidade; b) a educação brasileira, desde o Brasil Imperial, tem um caráter público, portanto as políticas públicas educacionais precisam acompanhar as mudanças impostas pela contemporaneidade; c) o maior desafio pelo qual passam as políticas educacionais na atualidadeconsiste em acompanhar as demandas da educação 3.0, cenário em que um estudantemais autônomo e conectado exige práticas docentes que condizem com as suas necessidades,bem como um sistema educacional pensado para o cenário que se apresenta. O debate está aberto.

Teaching Iramuteq for use in qualitative research according to YouTube videos: an exploratory-descriptive study
