As Ciências Sociais Na Época Da Globalização

Abstract

Desde que se iniciaram as pesquisas e os debates sobre a globalização, vista como um processo histórico-social de amplas proporções, multiplicaram-se as interpretações mais ou menos abrangentes. Ao lado do contraponto de micro e macro teorias, surgem metateorias que se polarizam principalmente em duas direções: sistêmicas e históricas. Umas e outras começam não só a desenhar o novo mapa do mundo, como também a recriar o mapa das ciências sociais.
