Armazenamento refrigerado de pimenta dedo-de-moça ‘BRS Mari’ em embalagem polimérica

Abstract: RESUMOO objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar se há diferença entre as embalagens de polietileno tereftalato e de policloreto de vinila, bem como o efeito do tempo de armazenamento sobre a manutenção das características físico-químicas, do teor de compostos bioativos e da atividade antioxidante de pimentas dedo-de-moça 'BRS Mari' mantidas sob refrigeração.
