The purpose of this study was to provide information about the dissemination and implementation of the THK-ANEKA and SAW-based Stake model evaluation website at Vocational Schools of IT in Bali. THK is an acronym for Tri Hita Karana. ANEKA is an acronym for Akuntabilitas, Nasionalisme, Etika publik, Komitmen mutu, dan Anti korupsi (in Indonesian) or Accountability, Nationalism, Public ethics, Quality commitment, and Anti-corruption (in English). SAW is an acronym for Simple Additive Weighting. This study used a development approach with the Borg and Gall model which consists of 10 development stages. Research in 2020 was focused on the dissemination and implementation stages. The research location was at several Vocational Schools of IT in Bali Province. The subjects involved in assessing website implementation were 110 respondents. The tool used to assess was a questionnaire. The analysis technique was carried out by interpreting the effectiveness level of dissemination and implementation. It was a reference to the eleven scale effectiveness standard. The research results showed that the dissemination and implementation of the THK-ANEKA and SAW-based Stake model evaluation website at Vocational Schools of IT in Bali had gone well. It was able to be seen from the documentary evidence of the dissemination activities implementation. The percentage results of the website implementing effectiveness were 88.973% and the simulation results of implementing the SAW method which was already accurate. It showed the evaluation aspects that support the realization of positive morals and students' learning quality.

Discussions about environmental issues, one that has become quite the topic of conversation this decade is related to global warming, for example related to waste. Garbage has a significant contribution to environmental damage. The issue of global warming is an emerging and growing issue. The purpose of the research is to understand the proprietary strategy of Griya Luhu's in delivering environmental campaign digital waste banks at Rural Area. Environmental communication is one of the advocacy efforts. Environmental campaign advocacy is the act of persuading or arguing in favor of a particular cause, policy, idea or set of values on an issue. Advocacy is a powerful medium for various social and environmental change organizations. Existing environmental campaign advocacy all this time only focuses on urban areas. Economic limitations and waste issues become the main reason why Griya Luhu, an NGO Bali-Indonesia based, wants to give environmental campaigns to rural communities on Bali island through their program called Digital Bank Sampah (Waste Digital Bank). This research is done with an in-depth interview with the Chairman dan members of Griya Luhu. The outcome of this research shows that Griya Luhu uses various strategies, including a communal approach, raising environmental issues, and empowering the community during the program Waste Digital Bank. Griya Luhu's primary strategy is empowering the community, especially in rural areas. The form of their empowerment is to push the people to be able to use digital technology and want to make waste bank work more transparent. Efikasi kendiri merupakan elemen penting yang dapat mempengaruhi tahap pencapaian akademik mahasiswa terutama semasa proses pembelajaran atas talian di musim Covid-19. Kajian ini bertujuan bagi mengenal pasti hubungan efikasi kendiri dengan tahap pencapaian akademik mahasiswa di Jabatan Pengajian Islam Unisel semasa proses pembelajaran bersemuka dan atas talian berdasarkan kepada grade point average (GPA) yang diperoleh daripada semester lepas. Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara efikasi kendiri dan tahap pencapaian akademik memerlukan kaedah kuantitatif. Oleh itu, 30 mahasiswa telah dipilih daripada Jabatan Pengajian Islam Unisel bagi menjawab soal selidik dengan menggunakan aplikasi google form yang dianalisis secara deskriptif dan inferensi dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) versi 26.0. Hasil dapatan menunjukkan terdapat korelasi positif antara efikasi kendiri dengan tahap pencapaian akademik mahasiswa apabila nilai p=0.041 yang diperoleh kurang daripada nilai signifikan 0.05. Walau bagaimanapun, nilai korelasi Pearson r=0.375, menunjukkan hubungan antara efikasi kendiri dan tahap pencapaian akademik adalah hubungan positif yang lemah. Namun demikian, ia berpengaruh serta memberi kesan bagi meningkatkan tahap efikasi kendiri sekali gus meningkatkan tahap pencapaian akademik mahasiswa.
