The implementation of this research is based on the limited material available in student books and the absence of support for qr-code-assisted pop-up books, so it is necessary to develop learning media at the elementary school level. The purpose of this study was to analyze the validity and practicality of the qr-code-assisted pop-up book on theme 8 sub-theme 2 for grade II elementary school. This research is a type of development research using the ADDIE model. The test subjects in this study were 3 material experts, 2 media experts, 2 practitioner experts and 10 students. The questionnaire method was used as a data collection method in this study. The instrument used is a rating scale with a scale of five. The data was then analyzed using the mean formula to calculate the average validity and practicality score of the pop-up book media. The average value of the validity of the pop-up book media obtained is 4.85 with a very good level in accordance with the findings. While the average practicality of the pop-up book media obtained is 4.86 which is at a very good level. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that the pop-up book media developed with the help of qr-code on theme 8 sub-theme 2 is valid and practical for use in learning in grade II elementary school.

Alkana merupakan salah satu materi pembelajaran kimia yang dianggap sulit dan membosankan oleh sebagian siswa SMA, sehingga sebagian siswa enggan untuk mempelajarinya. Dengan kondisi yang demikian siswa akan sulit menerima atau memahami materi yang diajarkan. Untuk meningkaatkan pembelajaran kimia dengan materi alkana perlu adanya media pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif yang bisa membantu siswa untuk mudah mempelajari materi alkana. Sistem operasi Android sistem yang paling populer dan banyak digunakan diberbagai kalangan tidak terkecuali kalangan siswa SMA. Penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis Android berpotensi untuk membantu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi. Media pembelajaran ini memungkinkan siswa untuk belajar dimanapun dan kapanpun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat media pembelajaran kimia berbasis Android untuk mempermudah siswa SMA kelas XI mempelajari materi kimia alkana dan mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran kimia alkana berbasis android pada pemahaman siswa SMA Kelas XI. Metode pengembangan menggunakan model Siklus Hidup Mandiri (SHM), pada materi ini terdapat lima tahap yaitu Tahap analis, Design, Pengembangan, Implementasi dan Penilaian. Aplikasi Media Pembelajaran kimia alkana ini memberikan materi dan latihan tentang kimia alkana. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan hasil penilaian ahli media sebesar 68,5% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik, penilaian pada siswa sebesar 65,74% yang termasuk dalam kategori baik. Pengaruh adanya aplikasi pada pembelajaran siswa yang di dapat dari perhitungan gain yang mendapat hasil sebanyak 0,35 termasuk dalam kategori ”sedang”.

Teacher performance assessment is an assessment carried out on the main task activities as a teacher. The aim is to assess the performance of teachers in applying all competencies in the learning process, guidance to educational units and as a basis for planning continuous professional development for teachers. At SMK Informatika Bina Generasi, performance assessments were carried out on several teachers with the process of processing teacher performance appraisal data still semi-structured so it took time, tended to input data repeatedly and errors in data input, inefficient data storage resulted in a longer data search process. and the ongoing assessment has not supported decision-making on teacher performance assessments so that the school has difficulty determining achievement and evaluating teacher performance as a whole. The research method used is a qualitative research method by conducting literature studies, reviewing documents and interviews in determining teacher performance assessment instruments. The results obtained are a teacher performance appraisal system with an electronic-based rating scale method to assist schools and assessors in assessing teacher performance and obtaining teacher performance appraisal information more quickly, effectively and efficiently. In addition, this electronic-based teacher performance appraisal system is also equipped with the ability to rank all teacher performance using the weighted product method so that the best teacher performance is obtained.
