SMPIT Insan Rabbani juga berperan serta untuk menjaga keberlangsungan pembelajaran tetap berjalan dengan baik selama masa pandemi mengikuti Surat Edaran Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Penyelenggaraan Belajar Dari Rumah Dalam Masa Darurat Penyebaran COVID-19. Melalui kegiatan abdimas ini bertujuan untuk sharing knowledge terkait metode pembelajaran online yang saat ini sangat dibutuhkan pada masa pandemi dengan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran online sebagai pendukung peningkatan pelayanan pendidikan kepada guru memiliki kemampuan dalam pemanfaatan aplikasi Google Classroom. Semetara metode yang digunakan metode training secara praktis melalui transfer ilmu melalui pelatihan dan simulasi pelatihan aplikasi Google Classroom yang dilakukan secara virtual melalui Google Meets dan Zoom diharapkan tercapainya kemampuan yang merata dalam pemahaman dan penguasaan aplikasi Google Classroom sebagai pendukung pembelajaran online guna meningkatkan dan menambah pengetahuan dan kemampuan para guru dalam pemanfataan aplikasi Google Classroom sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran online dapat berjalan efektif dengan kemudahan bagi para guru untuk dapat membuat kelas virtual yang meliputi pemberian materi, kuis, tugas dan forum diskusi dengan para siswa tanpa harus melakukan penginstalan aplikasi terlebih dahulu.
Teacher performance assessment is an assessment carried out on the main task activities as a teacher. The aim is to assess the performance of teachers in applying all competencies in the learning process, guidance to educational units and as a basis for planning continuous professional development for teachers. At SMK Informatika Bina Generasi, performance assessments were carried out on several teachers with the process of processing teacher performance appraisal data still semi-structured so it took time, tended to input data repeatedly and errors in data input, inefficient data storage resulted in a longer data search process. and the ongoing assessment has not supported decision-making on teacher performance assessments so that the school has difficulty determining achievement and evaluating teacher performance as a whole. The research method used is a qualitative research method by conducting literature studies, reviewing documents and interviews in determining teacher performance assessment instruments. The results obtained are a teacher performance appraisal system with an electronic-based rating scale method to assist schools and assessors in assessing teacher performance and obtaining teacher performance appraisal information more quickly, effectively and efficiently. In addition, this electronic-based teacher performance appraisal system is also equipped with the ability to rank all teacher performance using the weighted product method so that the best teacher performance is obtained.
Mathematics is currently one of the compulsory subjects taught in schools and the most difficult subject. By using the MDA Framework approach based on gamification, a visual game of building space was designed. The MDA Framework consists of mechanics, namely certain rules which will then generate dynamics which are the result of the interaction of mechanics with players which will then automatically create aesthetics or player responses. From the design results, it is known that the visual game of building space has followed the stages in the MDA framework and has achieved its goal, namely to provide a learning process about the volume of space building
Community Service Activities carried out at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Insan Rabbani in the Bekasi area, aimed at providing training in the learning method of the Kahoot educational game method which can be used as an alternative online learning media by taking advantage of opportunities to play games that can support the improvement of educational services. to teachers and students so that they can motivate teaching and learning activities and can support educational services at SDIT Insan Rabbani to be more fun and be able to evaluate the results of learning activities through giving assignments or quizzes and displaying answers to grades for each student and ranking the best three in each assignments or quizzes given so that with the Kahoot application learning objectives are achieved for each subject, especially during the current covid 19 pandemic. In this training, the method used is the online training method using the zoom application by providing exposure related to the Kahoot application and direct practice on the Kahoot application. So that it is hoped that through this training, it is hoped that the ability to achieve an even understanding and mastery of the teacher council supports learning using the Kahoot application as an alternative learning method to create a more interesting, fun and effective learning process.
