Common features of these isolates were that they were antigenically indistinguishable from each other, but different from NDVs (avian PMV-1) isolated in poultry, that they had a mean intracerebral pathogenicity index (ICPI) of 1.44, and that most of them possessed the motif 112 GRQKRF 117 at the F2/F1 cleavage site of the F protein.…”
