Anticipating the demographic bonus from the perspective of human capital in Indonesia

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to investigate and analyze the demographic bonus from the perspective of human capital in Indonesia. This research methodology uses qualitative methods and uses literature and documentation study techniques.
