People’s unhealthy lifestyles, especially the number of smoking and passive smoking populations, are increasing year by year and the population is aging. With the development and progress of lung cancer cell and molecular biology, the incidence rate and mortality rate of lung cancer are increasing year by year. The existing tumor biochemotherapy has rapidly developed from preliminary research and animal research to clinical research. The smart cancer Zhongning therapeutic device can induce necrosis and apoptosis of tumor cells. The effect of treating tumors is getting more and more attention. Therefore, this article focuses on the effect of the smart cancer Zhongning therapeutic device on the tumor red blood cells and tumor cell cycle of mice with solid liver cancer. The immunological effects of the drug were discussed. Forty mice were randomly divided into high-dose group, low-dose group, 5-FU group, and model group. The effects of different treatment stages on tumor red blood cell immune function and cell cycle were recorded and evaluated, and the survival rate by multiplying the positive limit method was calculated. The model group is controlled by the exact probability method, and the Pss18.0 system is used to test the hypothesis of survival rate comparison. The experimental results showed that the tumor inhibition rate in this group was 65.8%. Compared with the 5-FU group and model group, the dose group has shown an antitumor effect and had significantly improved the tumor-bearing body’s antitumor red blood cell immune function and tumor cell cycle.

ID7 Isolated from Bauhinia variegata Stem Inhibits Tumor Progression and Metastatic Mechanisms of Triple Negative Breast Cancer in Vivo

Background: The breast cancer has been the most common form of cancer among women. The triple negative subtype represents 20% of all breast cancer cases in the world and is standing out by affecting young women and being aggressive. The main cause of death of patients with cancer is due to metastasis, which can reach the liver and lungs. Objective: The activities of ID7 fraction of the stems of Bauhinia variegata L. on breast cancer, lung metastasis and liver inflammatory process were evaluated. Method: ID7 was characterized by mass-spectrometry. The viability of murine mammary cells (4T1) treated with ID7 was assessed by MTT, trypan blue and fluorescence assay and viability of BT-20, MDA-MB-231 and MCF-7 human breast cancer tumor lines by MTS. The cell migration, invasion using matrigel and adhesion were performed. The expression of cell death proteins was quanitified by western blot and the gelatinases by zimogram. The ID7 activity of the tumor (4T1) and metastatic progession in vivo was evaluated. Results: ID7 reduced the 4T1 and MDA-MB-231viability and increased the late apoptosis, inhibited the 4T1 migration and invasion, increased the 4T1 adhesion and decreased the secreted active gelatinases. ID7 also increased the expression of PARP, caspase-7 and caspase-8, RIP and TNF-R1. In vivo, the ID7 decreased the volume and weight of the tumors and decreased lung metastasis and inflammation in the liver. The characterization showed mainly the presence of oleic acid, myricetin, quercetin and kaempferol in ID7. Conclusion: Thus, it was found that ID7 fraction exhibits selective antitumor and on the mechanisms of breast cancer metastasis activity, preventing lung metastasis and inflammation in the liver. It is suggested that fatty acids and flavonoids are correlated with such activities.

Lichong Shengsui Yin (LCSSY) is an effective and classic compound prescription of Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs) used for the treatment of ovarian cancer. To investigate its pharmacodynamic basis for treating ovarian cancer, the multi-dimensional spectrum-effect relationship was determined. Four compositions (I to IV) were obtained by extracting LCSSY successively with supercritical CO2 fluid extraction, 75% ethanol reflux extraction, and the water extraction-ethanol precipitation method. Nine samples for pharmacological evaluation and fingerprint analysis were prepared by changing the content of the four compositions. The specific proportions of the four compositions were designed according to a four-factor, three-level L9(34) orthogonal test. The pharmacological evaluation included in vitro tumor inhibition experiments and the survival extension rate in tumor-bearing nude mice. The fingerprint analyzed by chromatographic condition I (high-performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array detec tor，HPLC-PDA) identified 19 common peaks. High-performance liquid chromatography-photodiode array detector-Evaporative Light-scattering Detector (HPLC-PDA-ELSD )hyphenated techniques were used to compensate for the use of a single detector, and the fingerprint analyzed by chromatographic condition II identified 28 common peaks in PDA and 23 common peaks in ELSD. Furthermore, multiple statistical analyses were utilized to calculate the relationships between the peaks and the pharmacological results. The union of the regression and the correlation analysis results were the peaks of X5, X9, X11, X12, X16, X18, Y5, Y8, Y12, Y14, Y20, Z4, Z5, Z6, and Z8. The intersection of the regression and the correlation analysis results were the peaks of X11, X12, X16, X18, Y5, Y12, and Z5. The correlated peaks were assigned by comparing the fingerprints with the negative control samples and reference standard samples, and identifying the structure using high-performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry detector(HPLC-MS). The results suggested that the pharmacodynamic basis of LCSSY on anti-ovarian cancer activities were germacrone, furandiene, β-elemene, calycosin-7-glucoside, ononin, epimedin B, icariin, ginsenoside Rc, astragaloside, ginsenoside Rd, astragaloside II, and some unknown components.
