“…It can be shown by RAST inhibition that there is a dose‐dependent inhibition with increasing concentrations of banana extracts ( 38, 39). An unusual way to become anaphylactic from banana occurred in a latex‐allergic patient who was bitten by a monkey that had been eating banana ( 37).
