The market competitiveness and sustainable operation of an enterprise are closely correlated with the support of high-tech core technologies in the enterprise. This study first discusses the basic knowledge of core competitiveness, introduces the components and evaluation methods of core competitiveness, and builds an evaluation index system for core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises. Then, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is fully discussed, during which the steps, advantages, and disadvantages of the AHP evaluation method are introduced. Finally, the Fujian Province of China is taken as an example, the relevant data are collected and processed, the impact of indicators are analyzed, and a high-tech industry core technological capability analysis indicator system is built based on the AHP method. Thus, the influence of the core technological capabilities of the high-tech industry on the sustainable competitive advantage of the enterprise is obtained. This study puts forward suggestions for maintaining the competitiveness of high-tech industries, thereby improving the competitive advantage of enterprises and achieving the sustainable management of enterprises. The result finds that if the high-tech industries continue to carry out innovation and scientific research, enterprises will maintain their competitive advantages. In summary, exploring the impact of the core technological capabilities of high-tech industries on the sustainable competitive advantages of enterprises is greatly significant for improving their competitiveness and industrial status, which enables them to be invincible in a complex environment.

Purpose: The research provides an analysis of factors influencing the competitiveness of manufacturing companies. Design/Methodology/Approach: A review of the scientific literature from the area covered by the study was conducted. The study was conducted on a random sample of companies operating in the Silesian Province. The analysis of the survey data was carried out in two stages. In the first stage the relations between competitiveness and potential factors influencing its level in the companies were checked using the chi-square independence test. In the second stage, the analysis of correspondence between pairs of variables for which the dependence was confirmed. Findings: Analyzing the combined chart of points representing row and column profiles, we conclude that there are relatively more companies that are rather competitive among those that have maintained unchanged levels of relations in the last 5 years. On the other hand, there are more companies with poor competitiveness among those that have worsened their relations with suppliers in recent years. Practical Implications: The results can be used in efforts to improve the performance of the manufacturing sector in Poland through the development of competitive strategies based on the growth of relationships with suppliers regardless of the number of people in the company. Originality/Value: This study is an original study of manufacturing and supplier relations entrepreneurs. It serves the purpose of improving competitive activities in terms of improving business performance.

Purpose: The assessment of the linear trend coefficient plays a key role because it indicates how much the studied phenomenon has changed on average over a unit of time, i.e., five years in this study. On the basis of this coefficient, an analysis of the dynamics of individual parameters determining the degree of air pollution in the examined countries was conducted. Approach/Methodology/Design: For the purpose of the analysis of the dynamics of the effects of sustainable development measures in the area of air quality for selected countries of Central and Eastern Europe, the assessment was made using a linear trend model. The analysis of the dynamics of downward trend of individual indicators was carried out on the basis of the values of parameters b and the graphs of the linear trend models. Findings: The analysis showed that given the level of air pollution by greenhouse gases, it is clear that the worst situation is in the Czech Republic, as shown by the highest chart of the linear trend model with a time series. The smallest air pollution from greenhouse gases is in Hungary. PM 2.5 pollution is highest in Poland and lowest in Slovakia. The same situation occurs in the case of PM 10 dust pollution. Practical Implications: Identify the places where there is the highest level of air pollution in order to propose studies to reduce it. Originality/Value: Originality indicates the use of non-implemented analysis results to precisely identify the most polluting countries and the least polluting ones.
