Analysis of causes and impact of variation order in the education building project in Gorontalo Province

Abstract: In construction project work, inconsistencies sometimes occur in some or even all phases of the work. The inconsistency (variation order) has significant implications on the success of the project which can result in the work not being completed on time or even triggering cost overruns.
