This study aims to analyze the effect of distance learning through e-learning and digital technology literacy skills on student achievement by mediating self-efficacy. This study used explanatory research with a total sample of 106 STMIK Bina Patria students. Sampling was carried out using a simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique for testing the hypothesis uses path analysis to see the direct and indirect effects of distance learning variables using e-learning, digital literacy, and self- efficacy as mediators on learning achievement. The results of this study are: (1) Utilization of e-learning (X1) has no effect on student self-efficacy (M); (2) Digital literacy (X2) has a positive and significant effect on student self-efficacy (M); (3) Utilization_of e-learning (X1) has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement in practicum courses (Y); (4) Digital literacy (X2) has no effect on learning achievement in practicum courses (Y); (5) student self-efficacy (M) has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement in practicum courses (Y); (6) Based on the Sobel test, the t count > 1.96 is obtained, which means that the variable student self-efficacy (M) mediates the utilization of e-learning (X1) and digital literacy (X2) on learning achievement in practicum courses (Y) ; (7) Based on the Sobel test, the t count > 1.96 is obtained, which means that Student Self Efficacy (M) mediates the influence of Digital LiteracyDirecting (X2) terhadap Learning Achievement in Practicum courses (Y).

Hospital services that require dedication to the patient's health conditions must be carried out with full responsibility and qualified competence. One profession that requires good service skills is the nursing profession. Nurses must have confidence in their ability to provide the best service to patients in order to ensure that every treatment action is carried out effectively and optimally. Therefore, the task of providing services for nurses in hospitals requires a sense of ability to succeed (self-efficacy) in each job to be able to provide professional services. Self-efficacy is a form of self-confidence that a person has in his ability to carry out or complete tasks, achieve goals, and overcome obstacles and failures. Until this research was made, there had been no studies that tested using the Rasch model on self-efficacy scales in work contexts, especially among nurses in hospitals. Therefore this study aims to examine as well as test the development of self-efficacy instruments for nurses using the Rasch analysis model. The subjects in this study were 68 nurses who were actively working at hospital X. Based on the results of the Rasch model analysis carried out using the WINSTEP statistical processing program, 12 items (out of 24 items) met the item model fit level, with an alpha reliability coefficient moving from 0.92. Overall, it can be concluded that the items in this nurse self-efficacy instrument have valid and reliable psychometric attributes to be used in research

The objective of this study is to explore the correlation between self-efficacy and learning motivation towards the learning outcomes based on e-learning among the 4th semester students of mathematics education program, Universitas Flores. The research method used in this study was quantitative research with Linear Regression Analysis use of SPPS involving 40 students of the 4th semester randomly chosen. Data were collected through online questionnaire with Google Form. The Kolmogorov-Smirnov analysis and hypothesis testing with Bivariate Pearson Correlation through SPSS were used. The findings showed that self-efficacy (X1) and learning motivation (X2) had a positive impact towards learning outcomes based on e-learning (Y), as a result from the correlation analysis from R for X1 against Y= 0.895 and X2 against Y=0.923, and significant value between X1 and X2 against Y resulted with (**). Therefore, there was a positive influence with 1% significant. In the other words, the more increase or the better the self-efficacy and learning motivation are, the more increase the learning outcomes from the students.
