Abstract: Pelayanan yang prima merupakan kunci keberhasilan di industri hotel. Oleh karena itu, karyawan front office di hotel, sebagai gambaran citra perusahaan sekaligus industri dituntut untuk menunjukkan pelayanan yang terbaik secara konsisten dari waktu-waktu.
