In accordance with the government’s regulations in Indonesia, all financial services institutions are obliged to implement a customer complaint handling mechanism, which has contributed to the rapid growth of the call center industry. As a benchmark for managing service quality, call center workers are required to always keep their emotions stable despite the continuous pressures and unpleasant responses from customers. For this reason, working at call centers is now considered a job with a high emotional burden. Few studies have specifically examined the level of emotional exhaustion among call center workers in Indonesia. Therefore, this work aims to investigate the effect of family–work and work–family conflict on such workers’ emotional exhaustion, with person–job fit as antecedent. For this purpose, we collected data from 154 questionnaires completed by call center workers at financial services institutions in Indonesia. We analyze the relationship among the variables under study using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the level of compatibility between employees’ and their job reduces both family–work and work–family conflict. In terms of work–family conflict, call center workers will feel emotionally exhausted only when faced with a dilemma between work and family responsibilities. The call centers’ management should thus create a family-friendly work environment to ensure excellent care for employees.
Entrepreneurship plays a pivotal role in economic growth for Indonesia. Unfortunately, the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still lagging behind other ASEAN countries. The emergence of knowledge-based entrepreneurship makes universities become one of the vital supply sources for creating entrepreneurs. Even though it has institutional support from the Indonesian government, entrepreneurship is still not considered a promising alternative career choice. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of university institutional support (perceived educational support, concept development support, and concept development support) and personal traits variables (self-efficacy and proactive personality) on Indonesian students' entrepreneurial intention. This study was conducted using a judgmental sampling technique on 302 active university students in Indonesia who have received entrepreneurship education. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the PLS-SEM. The findings of this study indicate that perceived educational support directly affects entrepreneurial intention. While, perceived concept development support and perceived business development support positively shape self-efficacy, leading to entrepreneurial intention. This study also confirms self-efficacy and proactive personality as predictors of entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, the study also shows that self-efficacy mediates the relationship between proactive personality and Indonesian students' intentions to be entrepreneurs.
The clothing industry is a high-growth industry that is attractive to be occupied by the business. However, behind its appeal, this industry brings harmful impacts to the environment. The fashion industry is considered the 2nd most destructive industry in the world. Environmental damage due to industry occurs not only in the production process but also in consumption and disposal. As the growth of this industry cannot be separated from consumer intervention, efforts to improve the environmental impact caused by this industry also require consumers’ role. Consumers can improve the environment through their consumption choices, such as replacing the usual products with more sustainable products. Therefore, it is essential to discover what factors can encourage consumers to consume more environmentally friendly apparel. This study intends to explore consumer motivation in deciding to buy environmentally friendly apparel by applying the extended theory of planned behavior. As an extension, this study includes two additional variables, namely environmental concern and environmental knowledge. This study involved 407 respondents who have followed some environmentally friendly apparel brands. The collected data would then be analyzed with smartPLS 3.0. The result of the study showed that all variables are proven to be significant in influencing consumers’ purchase intention for environmentally-friendly apparel, except for environmental concern, which influence is indirect through attitude. The result of this study gives new insight into what shapes the intention of buying environmentally-friendly apparel.

The increasing number of internet users in Indonesia, especially mobile internet users, has changed consumer habits and behavior in consuming entertainment. Internet penetration leads to the increasing consumption of streaming video on demand (SVOD) services in Indonesia, which is increasingly popular. Netflix is one of the largest SVOD service providers in the world that has a customer subscription system. The tight competition in the SVOD industry caused Netflix to experience a significant reduction in the number of global subscribers. Therefore, the researcher's goal is to predict which factors influence the consumer's decision-making process to continue to use Netflix in view of the model of consumer attitudes toward technology adoption. The research data come from non-probability sampling with judgmental sampling techniques of 237 Netflix’s subscribers across Indonesia that have subscribed Netflix for more than three months, and having an intensity of use for 2-5 hours or more per day. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method using Structural Equation Modelling method. This study indicate that there’s a positive relationship between perceived system quality and perceived enjoyment of attitude to use. Furthermore, there is a negative influence between the perceived price level and attitude to use. This study also reaffirms that the SVOD attitude to use is a predictor of continuance intention to use SVOD. This research also proved that perceived ease of use, perceived content quality, customization, and perceived psychological risk did not affect the attitude to use SVOD.

Entrepreneurship in Indonesia is still relatively low and lagging behind other ASEAN countries because the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia has only reached 3.47% of the total population. College students have become one of the vital sources of supply for entrepreneurs in Indonesia. Therefore, to increase the number of entrepreneurs, the Indonesian government encourages higher education to produce graduates looking for work and creating jobs. Even though the government and universities have tried to increase the number of entrepreneurial students, the number of students who choose entrepreneurship as a professional career choice is still low. This research was conducted to see how students' entrepreneurial intention (EI) in Indonesia as a forecaster of entrepreneurial behaviour. The research analyses the effect of proactive personality traits and the theory of planned behaviour (TPB) as an integrated model, with the TPB dimension as a mediator. The research was conducted by using judgmental sampling of 387 students in Indonesia. Data collection was carried out using an e-survey, and data were analyzed using structural equation modelling with Partial Least Square (PLS). Research result shows that proactive personality and TPB are predictors of students' entrepreneurial intentions. This study also shows that TPB mediates the relationship between proactive personality towards Student' entrepreneurial intention. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the EI study of students in Indonesia. Scientifically, this research is also expected to enrich the EI literature by integrating proactive personality as an antecedent of TPB and EI.
