The purpose of this research is to achieve success in the development process carried out by local and central governments, of course, as the right regulators in economic activities. Success in building HDI is largely determined by the full commitment of the government as a provider of facilities and infrastructure and fully understands that to achieve a modern economy, the quality of life of human resources must be improved. This research was carried out on the problems that occurred in several regions in Indonesia, the existence of inequality in both economic growth and human quality development in the western and eastern regions of Indonesia, a more visible phenomenon is that in several regions of Indonesia there has been looped economic growth and looped human development. This type of research is quantitative research, the subjects in this study are all provinces in Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data using panel data from 34 provinces during 2015–2019. Data collection techniques were used observation and documentation. The data analysis technique is simultaneous analysis. The results of this research show that variables of education, government spending on education, economic growth, and poverty together have a significant influence on human development.

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, population, and economic growth on poverty in Indonesia. The object of this research is the Muslim majority population in 10 provinces in Indonesia in 2017–2021. In this study, the data used are time series obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The method used to see the effect of using a panel data regression approach is the Random Effect Model. The study results show that simultaneously, inflation has no effect on poverty, population size also has a positive effect on poverty, while economic growth has a negative effect on poverty. Of all the variables, inflation, population, and economic growth simultaneously significantly affect poverty in 10 provinces with the majority Muslim population in Indonesia.

This study aims to find out how the effect of Population, Education, Labor Force Participation Rate, Regency/City Minimum Wage and Gross Regional Domestic Product has on open unemployment in West Java province in 2018-2021. This research data uses secondary data types in the form of combined panel data between cross-section data and time series data for 4 years starting from the 2018-2021 period. The data sources used were obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) and the Office of Manpower. Secondary data is data that is not taken directly, namely data taken from previous research or published libraries. The results of this study show that Population and Education have no effect on Open Unemployment in West Java Province in 2018-2021. The Labor Force Participation Rate variable has a negative effect on Open Unemployment in West Java Province in 2018-2021. District/City Minimum Wage Variable has a positive effect on Open Unemployment in West Java Province in 2018-2021. The Gross Regional Domestic Product variable has an effect negative towards Open Unemployment in West Java Province in 2018-2021. Implementation of policies taken by the government to overcome the response by creating wider employment opportunities, the government assists with knowledge insight and entrepreneurial spirit skills to MSMEs in the form of technical and management guidance, building social institutions that can guarantee an unemployed life.
