This study examines the Senam Profil Pelajar Pancasila (SPPP) program, an innovative early childhood education initiative in Indonesia that integrates physical development with cultural and moral education. Utilizing a qualitative case study approach at TK Darussalam, the research involved observations and interviews with teachers, administrators, and parents. The program aims to extend beyond physical development, emphasizing cultural identity and moral values. Despite challenges such as movement complexity and diverse learning needs, SPPP has shown positive impacts on children's kinesthetic intelligence, motor skills, and socio-emotional development. This research fills a gap in empirical studies on integrated educational programs, aligning with contemporary educational paradigms that advocate for holistic development. The findings suggest that SPPP is an effective model for comprehensive early childhood education, highlighting the importance of combining physical activities with cultural and moral education. This study contributes significant insights to the field, underscoring the potential of such integrative approaches in diverse educational contexts.

ABSTRAK Keterlibatan dan kemampuan ibu terhadap Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) anak usia dini sangat menentukan kualitas kesehatan anak. Kemampuan ibumengenai PHBS ditingkatkan dengan pendidikan kesehatan seperti pelatihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelatihan penerapan PHBS terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap, dan peran ibusiswa PAUD.Metode yang digunakandalam penelitian iniquasy experimental dengan menggunakan desain pre-test and post-test design.Sampel 36 ibu(19 ibu di PAUD Tunas Harapan Desa Karangmangu dan 17ibu di PAUD Kasih Ibu Desa Kemutug Kidul). Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket untuk pengetahuan dan sikap, serta kuesioner untuk peran yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Data diuji dengan uji wilcoxon untuk perbedaan pengetahuan dan sikap sebelum-sesudah diberikan pelatihan, sedangkan uji paired t test untuk perbedaan peran sebelum-sesudah diberikan pelatihan. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengetahuan, sikap, dan peran sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pelatihan dengan nilai p pengetahuan 0,000, sikap 0,000, dan peran 0,000 (<0,05).Pelatihan penerapan PHBS anak usia dini efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan peran ibu.PHBS yang baikpadaibu diharapkan berpengaruh pada anak sehingga dapat memiliki PHBS baik. Kata Kunci : PHBS, Ibu, anak usia dini The involvement and ability of mothers to the Clean and Healthy Behavior of early childhood (PHBS) is very determining the quality of children's health. The mother's ability on PHBS is enhanced by health education such as training. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of PHBS application training on improving the knowledge, attitudes, and the role of mothers of PAUD students. The method used in this research is experimental quasy using pre-test and post-test design. Sample 36 mothers (19 mothers in PAUD Tunas Harapan Desa Karangmangu and 17 mothers in PAUD Kasih Ibu Kemutug Kidul Village). Data collection used questionnaires for knowledge and attitude, as well as questionnaires for roles performed before and after training. Data were tested with the wilcoxon test for differences in knowledge and post-training attitudes, while paired t tests for pre-post role differences were given training. The results showed that there were differences of knowledge, attitude, and role before and after training with knowledge p value 0,000, attitude 0.000, and role 0.000 (<0,05). Early childhood PHBS implementation training effectively improves mother's knowledge, attitude, and role.

Gross Enrollment Ratio of ECE in Pemalang Regency shows 68.38% and there are 523 early childhood institution that haven't all conducted HI services. This study focuses on improving the quality management of ECE HI directed to describe and analyze: 1) the management implementation of ECE HI, 2) the collaboration between government institutions and organizations related to ECE providers in producing quality education. This is a descriptive research with subjects are teachers, headmaster, ECE supervisor and related elements in applying ECE HI. The results showed that the management of ECE HI in Pemalang Regency wasn't optimal. This happened because the government's carrying capacity is still low and comprehension of some educators and health cadres regarding HI services that haven't been maximized. Recommendations that the quality of ECE HI services can be carried out properly need to be developed in a system of integrated quality management.
